FAQ
What can I do with the “Folder listener” trigger?
If your device has built-in screenshot capability you can set the app to listen for changes to a folder. As soon as an image is created in that folder Screenshot Ultimate Pro will also trigger (for editing, saving to your own folder, etc). You could also use another screenshot app, like Screenshot UX or Screenshot It, and use Screenshot Ultimate Pro to handle the editing and saving.

No “Capture Method” is available for my device!
This is normal if your device isn't rooted. It's the way how the Android security model works; it just doesn't allow taking a screenshot on some devices. However, you can enable screenshot functionality on your device by enabling it through a computer. To see how you can do this go to “Screenshot Ultimate Pro” > “Settings” > “Capture methods” > “No root help”. Please allow a couple of seconds after taking a picture before clicking the gallery button, on Samsung devices the gallery can’t be open while running the media scanner.

● Why do you require the NFC and INTERNET permissions?

NFC is required to support Android Beam and INTERNET is required for the Facebook, Twitter and YouTube integration.

● How can I play Paper Camera videos on my PC?

Using any WebM player. We recommend Firefox or Chrome, however you might be able to use Windows Media Player or Internet Explorer if you install the right plugins.

● I can't play Paper Camera videos on my standard device gallery.

You require Android 4.0 or higher for this to work, on older versions you can use the in-app video player.

● I can't record video with Paper Camera on my new device, why?

We've only enabled this feature on devices that we know can support it properly. However you can still try using unofficial video recording support.

● How do I enable unofficial video recording support?

● I've unlocked unofficial video support but I cannot playback my videos in Paper Camera, why?

This is a known limitation on some devices, there are 3 workarounds for this:
- You can playback videos on your PC.
- You can use MX Video Player, if you enable software mode.
- Hopefully when your device will receive a 4.0 upgrade this issue will be fixed.

# Method to recover photos when problems occur
If for some reason Gallery Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.
1) Uninstall Gallery Lock
2) Download Gallery Lock from the Market and install it.
3) Go Setting in the Gallery Lock, Tap "Find/Recover Missing files" menu.
4) The missing files will be recovered to /mnt/sdcard/DCIM/recover path.
5) run default Gallery application and check whether those files are recovered properly.
